1. General Provisions

The owner and operator of the educational platform operating under the domain accodrive.com is Michał Rzeszut, conducting business under the registered name MICHAŁ RZESZUT, NIP: 9471925908, REGON: 180440222, with its registered office in Poland (hereinafter: the Service Provider).

The application is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and is designed for independent learning of the button accordion.

All rights to the application's architecture, source code (JavaScript), visual layout of the button grid, and exercise structures are protected by copyright law and belong exclusively to the Service Provider. Any copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the application is strictly prohibited.

2. Availability and App Versions (Free / Premium)

Free Version: Access to the core educational module of the application (including the "Single Note" mode) is completely free of charge, requires no registration, and contains no advertisements.

Premium Version: The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid extended features (such as the "Chords" mode and advanced exercises) in the future. Subscription terms and pricing will be published in this document prior to the launch of the payment module.

The application is provided on an "as is" basis. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any technical errors, crashes, or hardware incompatibility with the user's device.
