2. Privacy Policy, Microphone Access, and Analytics (GDPR Compliance)

Audio Processing: The application requires access to the device’s microphone solely for the purpose of analyzing the pitch, frequencies, and harmonics (overtones) played on the musical instrument in real time.

100% On-Device Local Processing: Audio signal processing is performed entirely locally within the user's web browser using Web Audio API technology (on-device processing). The application does not record, save, store, or transmit any audio data to external servers. The audio stream is permanently destroyed in the device's volatile memory (RAM) immediately after pitch detection.

Cookies and Analytics: The application does not use cookies for tracking or ad-profiling purposes. To optimize exercises and monitor PWA performance stability, the application collects completely anonymized statistical data (such as country of origin and time spent on exercises) using privacy-first analytics tools that do not track individuals and do not require cookie consent banners. The application uses browser LocalStorage technology strictly to save user preferences regarding the accordion system and local musical notation.
